Kenya
Upon entering this beautiful east African country, you may be greeted with the words of 'jambo' (hello) or 'hakuna matata' (no problem) by the friendly locals.
With a population of nearly 42 million and land area of more than 580 000 sq km Kenya is home to an abundance of animals and colourful tribes people, making it the perfect getaway for a once in a lifetime safari.
Lake Nakuru National park was created around the soda lake, Lake Nakuru in 1961. The park receives many travellers whom come view the gigantic flocks of flamingos and the rhinos in their natural habitat. This park is also home to many other smaller and larger animals.

All members of the big five can be found in the Masai Mara National Reserve, a reserve that which is a natural extension of the Serengeti plains in Tanzania. | movement closely are the well fed predators of this reserve. |
Travelling in East Africa cannot always be compared to being like a walk in the park; knowing a touch of Swahili prior to your safari will endear the locals toward you and make things a tad bit easier.

Climate Conditions
The climate is tropical and coastal areas are hot and humid, where the rainy season lasts from March to June. The central plateau is dry and arid, while the north western highlands are cool and temperate and the rainy season here lasts from November to December and February to May. Mount Kenya has snow year round on its upper peaks. On all our tours, it's best to bring warm clothing - raincoat, warm hat, socks etc. - as across Africa wet/dry and hot/cool climatic periods change invariably.
